Right of withdrawal for consumers. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of the contract. To exercise it, a clear statement is sufficient (e.g. by e-mail to [email protected]) including name, order number and order date.
Early expiry. If the customer requests immediate activation of the service before the withdrawal period expires and confirms awareness that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance, the right expires once the service has been fully performed. If withdrawal occurs after performance has begun but is not complete, a proportionate amount is payable for the service already provided.
Exclusion. Domain registrations are excluded from withdrawal once the registration has been submitted to the registry, as they constitute a service produced to the customer's specifications.
Voluntary money-back guarantee. In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary money-back guarantee on web hosting packages: within 3 days of activation, the customer may request a 100% refund without giving reasons. This guarantee applies only once per customer and per service. If a customer re-orders the same or an equivalent service after having received a refund, no further guarantee claim exists. Excluded from the guarantee are domain registrations, software licences, SSL certificates and setup fees. In case of abuse (repeated order/refund cycles), we reserve the right to refuse the guarantee and to decline new orders.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days.
