Greek Resto, if you don’t want it, does not get involved in any financial transactions with the customer.

This means that the platform acts as an intermediary and not as a collector, giving you full control of your money. In detail, this model works as follows:

Direct Payment at the Store: When a customer places an order (for take-away or reservation), the payment does not go through Greek Resto’s bank accounts. The customer pays you directly at the store (in cash or through your own POS).

No Commission Retention per Order: Unlike other platforms (e.g. Wolt, efood) that collect the amount, keep the commission and return the rest to you after days, here you collect 100% of your turnover immediately.

Online Payment Option: If you choose it (the "if you don't want it"), you can connect your own payment gateway (e.g. Stripe or Viva Wallet). Even then, the money goes directly to your account, without Greek Resto becoming an intermediary in the transaction.
Subscription Model: Your cooperation with the platform is usually based on a fixed subscription or agreement, so that you know your expenses in advance, without hidden charges on sales.
